Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack Your Items
Carefully fold your rug or pack your decor items into their original packaging, ensuring the product is clean and in its original condition.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
